We stumbled in, where did this all come from?
It's happening again, these buildings have crumbled.
All that remains, a story of troubles.
Nothing's the same, we're clearing the rubble.
And you can tell, we're just doing great here.
This place was a hell, with nothing but great fear.
Build it back up, into an empire.
We got good luck, we've got a great fire.
When all else is gone, they'll remember our kingdom.
There was endless plenty, there was endless wisdom.
Make no mistake, our foundation is solid.
We're building on ruins.
We'll be there again, there again, there again, there again...

When the sun turns round the bend, will it come around again?
In a city older than time, is the ruin of our mind.
While the nomad seeks to engage, the land is filled with regretful rage.
Suns end, no fear, were we even here?

I opened a dream today, but I couldn't tell where it's from.
I should be more aware.
It's harder to tell things apart, when I can't keep my lids unclosed.
Things unfold as they need.
And when I sleep I'm here, but I wish it could be much more.
Keep me closer to me.
So find me a way to sleep, endless eternity.
